- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in Merchandising team of 6-8 members
- You will respond professionally to inquiries from internal/external customers
- Handle customer inquiries by calls and by emails
- Efficiently resolve inquiries focusing on providing excellent customer service
- Update customers with details like order status, product pricing...etc
- Execute customers requests like editing order, coordinate artwork arrangement...etc
- Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
- Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by customers in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively across Sales/Development/Production/Warehouse teams
- Good communications in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- 2+ years in customer support / sales coordination / order processing / merchandising or related in garment/trims/textiles/packaging...or related
- No trips is required
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
