The suitable candidate will be responsible for providing one-stop solution to all customers including order taking; cross selling; and complaint handling.

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• At least 1 year working experience in customer service & sales area, preferably in retail services industry but those with potential and interest to develop in this field will also be considered
• Able to work under pressure with strong sense of customer service & sales mindset
• Proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese
• Well versed in Microsoft Word & Excel etc.
