Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up repair order and customers’ enquiries
- Handle customer complaint in a professional manner
- Handle administrative tasks in Service Department
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of solid Customer Service Experience (experience in electronic industry is preferred )
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in PC knowledge in MS Office, Chinese word processing (Chongjie/Quick)
- Detail-mined, self-motivated, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Being customer-focused, people-oriented, patient, cheerful and positive
- High emotional maturity and able to work under pressure
- With Customer Service Hotline Experince is preferred
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduate or less experience will also be considered
