Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily frontline services including appointment booking and patient enquiry in a professional manner
  • Perform cashier’s duties and maintain electronic patient records
  • 45 working hours per week including lunchtime (Clinic opening hours are Mon - Fri: 8 am - 8 pm, Sat: 9 am - 1 pm (Closed on Public Holidays))
  • Provide administrative support as required
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required

 

Requirements

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Initiative, cheerful and a good team player
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organised and hardworking
  • Work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
