The Job

  • Client: 1) Telecom, 2) Airline, 3) Hotel, 4) Retailer - FMCG, Luxury Brands
  • Position: Customer Service Officer
  • Responsibilities: To answer inbound calls from customers on company products inquiries, service bookings, and to resolve complaints.
  • $10-16K basic salary + allowance, incentives & bonus. Medical

 

Requirements

  • Secondary educated
  • Min. 1 year frontline customer service exp.
  • Call center experience will be an advantage
  • Exp in Telecom / Hotel / Airline / Retail industry preferred
  • Good communication skills and phone manner
  • Good command of spoken Chinese, English (Putonghua a plus)
