Customer Service Officer (Airfreight - Export & Import)

Company Overview
- Diploma holder or above will be an advantage
- At least 1 year relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation at freight forwarding industry
- Mainly responsible for co-ordination with clients & overseas agents for shipment updated status
- Handle full set of daily air shipment independently
- Upate clients' tracking systems / reports and send pre-alert to the clients/overseas agent
- Independent, organized, responsible, self-motivated and problem solving person
- Good in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word is preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferable
- Working location : ATL, Kwai Chung
Fresh graduates in Transportation, Logistics or related disciplines will also be considered. Candidates with higher qualification and experience will be considered as Supervisor.
