Company Overview

F.5. or above
3 years or above customer service and operation experience.
Coordinate with teams in overseas, carrier and most important deliver good service quality to the customers.
Preferable experience with Export USA or Australia / NZ or Europe trade lane.
Good Commercial knowledge with Incoterms, Trading and Shipping processes will be a plus.
Good computer knowledge and skills in Outlook, Excel and Words ( Well know about Microsoft access or Cargowise will be a plus. )
Good writing and spoken skills in English and Mandarin
Positive, willing to learn, work hard and independently
