Company Overview
  • F.5. or above
  • 3 years or above customer service and operation experience.
  • Coordinate with teams in overseas, carrier and most important deliver good service quality to the customers.
  • Preferable experience with Export USA or Australia / NZ or Europe trade lane.
  • Good Commercial knowledge with Incoterms, Trading and Shipping processes will be a plus.
  • Good computer knowledge and skills in Outlook, Excel and Words ( Well know about Microsoft access or Cargowise will be a plus. )
  • Good writing and spoken skills in English and Mandarin
  • Positive, willing to learn, work hard and independently
