The Job
- Client: A Multi-National Electronics Distributer
- Position: Customer Service Officer
- Responsibilities: Working under the CS Supervisor and responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from worldwide customers; Prepare quotations and sales invoices.; Sales order processing; Liaise with US HQ on the shipment of goods; Handle and resolve complaints
- $18-20K. 5-Day. Double Pay. Medical.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- Min. 2 years experience in sales support / customer services preferably from sizeable companies
- Relevant experience in preparing quotations, invoices
- Ecellent communication and language skills to handle worldwide customers
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
