Job Duties
- Handle daily email and in-game enquiries within service level
- Process all payment issues in a timely manner
- Handle outgoing communications with players for designated purposes
- Prepare reports and updates on regular basis
- Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
- Support and service 6waves customer needs
- Handle Ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Form 7 or above
- With 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
- Enjoy playing mobile/social/online games
- Strong understanding of Internet technologies
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
- Focused and possess an eye for accuracy and details
- Shift duties may be required
