Requirements:
- F.5 graduate/HKDSE or above, preferably with school/ learning center/ customer service experience
- Pleasant personality, courteous, excellent telephone manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and have strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude and good team work ethic
- Good PC knowledge and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft office and Chinese input
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a collaborative environment
- 5 days work and must work on weekends
- Immediate availability or with short notice period is highly preferable
- Candidates with more experience may be considered as Executive
- Work at our studios in Sai Ying Pun
- 5 days work per week, required to work on Saturday
