Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
- Follow up shipment booking with customers and overseas agents
- Coordinate with internal department
- Provide back-up support for the team
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 2 years or above customer service experience in air cargo industry is a MUST
- Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin, Cantonese
- Proficient in using MS Word & Excel
- Good analytical skills and details oriented
- Able to work under pressure
- Shift duty on Saturday and public holiday
