Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to exceed KPI targets, keep communicating with your clients
• Ensure that clients are up to date with company and market developments
• Consistently look at research methods or avenues to gain information that would help your clients
• When speaking to clients, make sure you offer them the best solutions to match their needs backed by data
• Stay in constant communication with relevant departments on customer needs and expectations
• Successfully extract relevant market data for clients from financial news
• Address client complaints, frustrations and recommendations in a professional and timely manner
• Keep clients aware of their potential risks, compliance procedures and market trends

Profile

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, communication or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years in client services / customer support / advisory services in the financial sector
• Strong interpersonal skills, a good track record of working with clients and maintaining relationships
• Expertise in the forex market is an extremely strong advantage
• Strong analytical skills, identify economic indicators and understand macroeconomic trends
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are vital for the his position, other Asian languages would be highly advantageous
