Responsibilities

• Provide sales administration support including quotation preparation, marketing material preparation, daily service order follow-up and on-site training to customers
• Maintain close relationship with existing customers and negotiate service contract renewal regularly
• Coordinate service arrangement with internal parties and customers
• Maintain and update database related to client issues
• Assist in handling customer enquiries and complaints
• Responsible for data collection and consolidate regular sales report
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably in Business related discipline
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales administration and support
• A good team player with pleasant and outgoing personality
• Able to work and communicate effectively with internal parties and customers
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Mandarin is preferable
