Description

• Executing targeted campaigns and analyzing large datasets using SQL.
• Ensuring accurate distribution of offers to eligible customers to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Developing a deep understanding of the business to provide valuable insights based on analytics.
• Using data analytics to assist marketing, customer, and sales departments in improving sales effectiveness.
• Working with digital information from company platforms and partnerships to track customer journeys and identify opportunities for cross-selling and enhanced customer service.
• Identifying actionable insights, making recommendations, and influencing business direction across functional groups.
• Applying tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics to analyze data insights and explain variances and trends for business solutions.

Profile

• A Bachelor's degree in a numerate discipline such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science with a strong emphasis on computer programming.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with business, operations, and technology teams.
• Proficiency and experience with SQL, PowerBI,Tableau,
• Demonstrable understanding of data quality risks and the ability to perform necessary quality checks to validate results.
• Preferred experience in financial institutions and knowledge of the insurance business, agency model, and healthcare analytics.
