What You Will Be Doing:
Handle live chat, email enquiries on our daily deals
Handle customer complaints and provide an expert answer to customers' requests
Handle pre and post sales-related questions
Manage customer expectations in a friendly manner
Engage in cross-level liaison and coordination with internal departments on resolving customers' cases
Provide administrative and clerical support
What You Need for this Position:
F.5 or above with a minimum of 2 years’ customer services experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome
Good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Decent written and verbal ways of responding
Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented and possess good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with accurate and speedy Chinese typing skills IS A MUST
Able to work on a 5-day roster with non-overnight shift duties applied
