Company Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Process after-sales service orders and transactions according to pre-set procedures and time-frame
  • Handle mobile number porting requests (MNP) and abnormal cases
  • Provide operational support to Customer Care Division
  • Communicate with internal departments to follow up order processing
  • Perform checking on customer orders provisioning process, and resolve system failure cases
  • Verify documents for service subscriptions and after-sales service requests, and correct related information
  • Handle administrative duties including filing and data input into relevant systems for statistical purpose

Requirements:

  • Completed HKDSE/ HKALE or above
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience preferably in customer service / telecom industry
  • Detail oriented with proven ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Positive service mind set and willing to work under pressure
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Familiar with MS Access will be added advantage
  • Perform 5 days shift duty, including weekends and public holidays
  • Shift Allowance will be provided for the position
