Job Responsibilities: 

• To supervise a team of members
• To access credit control limit and terms for new and on-going customers
• To oversee accounts receivable overdue and aging status & improve days sales outstanding continuously
• To ensure monthly collections are on targets and relevant analysis reports and cash flow forecast are prepared in a timely and accurate manner 
• Closely liaison with cross departments members
• To co-ordinate team members in complying with SOX requirements and internal control policy
• To involve in other ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
• Willing to work under pressure

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related disciplines
• At least 10 years' relevant experience with managerial exposure
• Mature, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• With excellent people management and interpersonal skills, detail minded and well organized
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (includes Mandarin)
• Proficient in computer skills, e.g. MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint
