Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage creative projects focused on marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand storytelling, specifically aimed at enhancing the company's presence in the PRC market.
• Leverage cross-cultural insights gained from extensive experience in the PRC to develop strategies that resonate with diverse clients, enhancing the company's ability to engage clients from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to create innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, particularly in understanding and addressing the unique needs of clients.
• Oversee the planning and execution of promotional events, workshops, and seminars aimed at boosting brand visibility and community engagement, directly contributing to client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and event coordinators.
