Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Perform general teller duties
- Handle daily counter transactions and customers’ enquiries
- Report any suspicious counter transactions in compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Provide administrative support for the department
- Perform ad-hoc assignments when required
Requirements:
- HKDSE / HKAL or above
- Knowledge of counter transactions or customer services experience would be an advantage
- Customer-oriented with good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
