We are looking to recruit an experienced non-contentious regulatory lawyer to join us as Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity to join the statutory body which regulates and promotes the development of the securities and futures markets in Hong Kong.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex legal issues and give practical, well-reasoned and researched written legal advice including when operating within tight deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Knowledge of the operation of the local securities and futures industry and markets is an advantage.
