The Opportunity

• Drafting and managing execution of corporate governance documents
• Undertake due diligence and verification exercises
• Assist in IPO pitch book preparation
• Conduct legal research and perform bilingual translation
• Prepare legal documents in IPO matters

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferable in law
• More than half year experience in finance industry, corporate finance and/or capital markets practices in law firm will be advantage
• Native / Fluent Mandarin and good English will be essential
• Career focused, self-motivated, efficient, responsible and hard-working
• Occasional travel for site visits
