Job Descriptions:

• Take an assisting role in corporate finance projects including public and private markets fund raising, financial advisory on M&A, Listing Rules and/or Takeovers Code related and corporate restructuring transactions
• Participate in origination and assessment of potential transactions, execution and maintenance of client relationships
• Liaise with professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities including the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and the SFC in connection with implementation of projects
• Conduct due diligence and assist in preparing draft announcements, circulars and other relevant documents
• Prepare transaction structure and fund raising proposals and presentations

Job Specifications:

• Degree holder or above and/or with additional professional accounting and/or legal qualifications
• 2 years’ relevant experience in corporate finance preferably gained from investment banks, corporate finance advisory firms or international accounting firms
• Eligible or qualified to be registered under the SFC in relevant regulated activities
• Experience in Takeovers Code related transactions is preferred
• Good knowledge about financial market and corporate finance activities
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and a good team player
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Fresh graduate with good academic results will also be considered
