Responsibilities

• To plan and prepare effective retail marketing programs for promoting brand awareness with internal departments and external business partners (e.g. bank, shopping mall or media).
• Act as the project manager of ad-hoc projects to monitor the execution of marketing programs and production of marketing tools to support the business with related parties or agencies.
• Create content and proofread copy-writing for promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
• Involve in product and relevant information translation from Japanese to Chinese and English.
• Initiate positive relationship with media to promote the brand, including create topics for media coverage and response to media enquiry in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 4-5 years corporate communication and marketing experience preferably in retail industry for the manager position, and 2-3 years of experience for the position of executive.
• Solid experience in branding, advertising, events management, marketing collateral production and website.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Japanese (JLPT Level 1 or 2).
• Able to work independently, creative and self-motivated.
• Strong marketing sense and able to work within fast-pace.
• Creative, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent, responsive and supportive.
• Good leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Less experience will be considered as executive position.
