Our client is a US headquartered law firm who are known for their top-tier corporate practice in Hong Kong.

Description

You will work closely under a Partner and alongside a small team of Associates to support on a range of corporate transactions, with a large focus on private M&A and PE work. You will also gain exposure to other transactions such as VC, joint venture, funds and other corporate matters.

Profile

Our client is looking for a mid-level qualified lawyer with ideally 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, however candidates within the 2-7PQE range will also be considered. The key skill-set to possess, is a solid background in M&A transactions in an international law firm. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
