Responsibilities:

• Collaborate customer segmentation monitoring and provide analysis to identify risks and opportunities to improve business profitability
• Support performance analysis such as sales and call lead performance review
• Conduct portfolio review and marketing campaign review and provide insightful recommendations and findings
• Manage call lead generation and assignment to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness
• Support other irregular requests through data extraction

Requirements:

• University graduate or above (preferably major in Statistics or Quantitative Analysis).
• Preferably at least 1 year working experience in banking / financial institutions. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
• Good knowledge of SAS, SQL or other statistical tools
• Honorable, organized, mature, detail minded and good team player.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
