• To lead Concierge team in providing customer service at Concierge counters
• To provide training and direction to team members
• To introduce value added services and handle customers’ inquiries
• To deal with promotional events and redemption activities
• To collect ideas / comments from tenants and customers and make recommendation

The Requirement

• F.7 or above
• A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience or above
• Service oriented with good communication skills, self-discipline, initiative, good logic
• Good communications skill in English & Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Concierge
