The position holder is a member of the Operations Division which is responsible to investigate conduct that may contravene the competition rules and enforce the provision of the Ordinance.

The position holder is a member of the Operations Division, which is responsible for maintaining the operation of the Document Registry and Contact Center and conducting initial enquires into potential anti-competitive conduct in Hong Kong.

Terms of Appointment and Remuneration Package
Terms: Appointment will be offered on a 2-year fixed-term contract, renewable depending on performance and operational needs.
Basic Salary : For post (a), the starting salary is HK$35,460 per month.
For post (b), the starting salary is HK$16,535 per month.
Salaries will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Cash Allowance : 5% of the basic salary
Contract-end Gratuity: 10% of the basic salary (including 5% employer’s contribution of MPF)
Fringe Benefits : Annual leave, medical & dental benefits, life insurance and MPF.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for either a junior role or a temporary position, each offering distinct compensation packages with salaries that differ from the above positions and are commensurate with their respective roles.
