Company Overview
The incumbent will be fully participated in compensation and benefits function in our HR Department and will assist in the implementation of electronic platform & HRIS migration project.
Scope of Responsibilities:

Manage attendance record independently, include identifying issues, verifying with colleagues & updating record

Calculate monthly allowances & overtime payment independently
-
Handle part-time salary calculation & related statutory benefits independently
-
Prepare final salary payment with reference to different contract terms manually
-
Update & manage employee leave system & paper record in a systematic manner
-
Compile various regular HR and analysis relating to leave & benefits
-
Assist in HR Information System testing and adjustment
-
Perform any other ad hoc assignments
Specifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines
- Min 2-3 years solid experience specializing in compensation & benefits, including handling whole set of payroll covering not less than 400 employees
- Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance & other HR related laws
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- A detail-minded team player with strong numeric sense, communication & analytical skills
- A fast learner who is able to handle multiple tasks systematically
- Proficient in MS Office Application, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- HR generalists are not recommended for this rol
