Company Overview
- Diploma or above in Company Secretarial studies or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Knowledge of CSA programme
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Assist in handling full range of company secretarial duties of companies within the Group
- Assist in maintaining proper statutory books and records
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
