  • Diploma or above in Company Secretarial studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of CSA programme
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Assist in handling full range of company secretarial duties of companies within the Group
  • Assist in maintaining proper statutory books and records
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
