- Follows recipes and instructions
- Ensures proper handling, storage and usage of raw and cooked materials
Job Requirements:
- Secondary school or above, culinary diploma/certificate is an advantage
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience, including training and/or internships
- Fine dining experience is an essential requirement
- Good command in Cantonese and English is required
- Polite, willing to learn, self-motivated and positive working attitude
