Major responsibilities
The appointee will undertake teaching duties, manage academic-related projects, and play a leading role in the aspects of

• college-wide academic management including development of curricula, new awards, pedagogy, quality assurance, and student learning experience;
• staff capacity building, supervision and performance management of academic staff;
• development, implementation and review of student recruitment strategies; and
• coordination of academic committees and task forces.  

 
Requirements

The candidates should have a postgraduate degree (a doctorate will be an added advantage); at least ten years of teaching experience at tertiary level; and substantial experience in programme / course management and development, student development, supervision of academic staff, and quality assurance work at the institutional level.

Remuneration and Conditions of Service
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, medical benefits, and staff development sponsorship. Initial appointment will be on a fixed-term contract for up to two years. Re-engagement thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.
