The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premier quality services and enhancing the lifestyle of residents via the residential clubhouse. The role involves: 

• Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping.
• Planning and implementing programs and activities which best meet the residents’ interests and preferences
• Supervising the clubhouse team and building good communications with residents and guests  

Requirements: 

• Degree/Diploma in Sports & Recreation Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Clubhouse Management 
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua or Japanese an advantage
• Good knowledge of F&B / catering service
• Creative and passionate in leading lifestyle programs / events
• Bronze lifesaving award an advantage
• Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
