Company Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premier quality services and enhancing the lifestyle of residents via the residential clubhouse. The role involves:
- Management and operation of a residential clubhouse to ensure top class customer service standards and efficient housekeeping.
- Planning and implementing programs and activities which best meet the residents’ interests and preferences
- Supervising the clubhouse team and building good communications with residents and guests
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Sports & Recreation Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Clubhouse Management
- Strong organization and leadership skills
- Presentable, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua or Japanese an advantage
- Good knowledge of F&B / catering service
- Creative and passionate in leading lifestyle programs / events
- Bronze lifesaving award an advantage
- Shift duty and work on public holidays will be required
