The Client Service Executive is responsible for developing and implementing bespoke services for various clients, maintains the highest services level and ensures client expectations are met. This position will be required to handle highly complex client or service issues and manage day to day operations of the department by closely interacting with the supervisor, team mates, other counter parts in the organization as well as maintaining a good relationship with the client’s representative.
