Client Support Executive

Company Overview

The Client Service Executive is responsible for developing and implementing bespoke services for various clients, maintains the highest services level and ensures client expectations are met. This position will be required to handle highly complex client or service issues and manage day to day operations of the department by closely interacting with the supervisor, team mates, other counter parts in the organization as well as maintaining a good relationship with the client’s representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and owners and coordinating fight schedules.
  • Developing close relationships with clients and owners enhancing the TAG Aviation Asia services.
  • Itinerary planning assistance, briefings and arranging auxiliary hotel and transportation services.
  • Compilation of reports for clients and aircraft owners and maintaining company records.
  • Providing solutions in the event of disruption to flight services.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Business or Aviation discipline
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments on formal, informal written and verbal bases
  • Detail oriented, excellent listening skills, patience and ability to handle a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Flexible to work outside the regular hours
  • Ability to influence others while working towards common company goals
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
