Our client is a global financial services firm that provides a wide range of services, including investment banking, wealth management, securities trading, and research. Currently, they are looking for a Client Services Analyst (Prime Brokerage) to join their team.

Description

• Oversee daily functions such as trade allocations, amendments, client reporting, and query resolution
• Enhancing process efficiency through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build strong client relationships through regular interactions and identify STP opportunities
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and operational teams to address client needs effectively
• Participate in STP initiatives and support system enhancements to drive operational excellence

Profile

• At least 1-2 years experience in financial services, within Operations/Client services
• Solid understanding of client servicing with a focus on delivering high-quality support
• Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with risk management practices and escalation protocols
• Proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA/macro development being an advantage
• Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
