Our client is a global financial services firm that provides a wide range of services, including investment banking, wealth management, securities trading, and research. Currently, they are looking for a Client Services Analyst (Prime Brokerage) to join their team.
Description
- Oversee daily functions such as trade allocations, amendments, client reporting, and query resolution
- Enhancing process efficiency through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build strong client relationships through regular interactions and identify STP opportunities
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and operational teams to address client needs effectively
- Participate in STP initiatives and support system enhancements to drive operational excellence
Profile
- At least 1-2 years experience in financial services, within Operations/Client services
- Solid understanding of client servicing with a focus on delivering high-quality support
- Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with risk management practices and escalation protocols
- Proficiency in Excel, with experience in VBA/macro development being an advantage
- Excellent communication in both English and Chinese
