The successful candidate will be promoting products and services through outbound calls and meeting targets, providing excellent services relating to MPF/ORSO, retirement planning, and investment planning to clients, and providing advice to clients on portfolio management.

Our client is an established trustee company and provider of MPF and ORSO in Hong Kong. They also provide investment funds and pension services and have been operating for over 20 years.

Description

• Promote the products and services of the company and meet the targets through outbound call activities
• Explore business opportunities by providing professional MPF and ORSO consultation services
• Provide retirement planning and investment planning services to clients and manage their portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
• Perform administrative duties related to the calling programs and provide reports for management review

Profile

• Diploma or higher/equivalent qualifications. Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years in sales and account servicing for MPF and ORSO preferred
• Holder of SFC 1,4 and IIQE Paper 4 (MPF) licenses
• Able to work under pressure with the ability to deliver sales targets and KPIs
• Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Excellent service attitude with strong communication skills
