Responsibilities
- Issue and follow up invoices on time
- Handle receptionist duties of answering phone calls and enquirers
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Billing and Operation Team
- Responsible for general clerical work, data entry and filing
- Participate in Ad-hoc projects as required
The Successful Applicant
- Form 5 graduate or above
- Good computer knowledge
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Good communication and telephone skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, independent and hardworking
- Candidates who look for long-term Clerk are most welcomed,
- Immediate available is preferred
What's On Offer
- Friendly Work Environment
- 2-3 days with 12-17 work hours per week (working hours: any time between 9.30am-6pm, Mon-Fri, divided by work shift)
- HK$40 per hour
