Company Overview

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support on Credit Card Authorization Processes and data input in daily operation
Handle customer calls and enquires and proactively follow up with related parties
Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Post-secondary educated with at least 5 subjects passed in HKCEE/HKDSE, including Chinese and English subjects
Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in credit card authorization process is preferred
Customer orientated with good communication and detail-minded
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Willingness to work on shift basis
Overnight shift may required subject to operation needs
