Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the Claims project, implement appropriate structures to remove duplication, standardize processes where possible, drive cost efficiency initiatives, and increase service level performance
• Perform in-depth business, project and change impact analysis to understand requirements, risks, mitigating factors and plans
• Manage and coordinate all programme-level tracking and reporting to ensure the programme objectives are being delivered on time and within budget
• Perform risk analysis for all new recommended initiatives and ensure risks are mitigated and raised with appropriate parties
• Ensure appropriate and effective project and change management frameworks are in place
• Drive effective vendor management relationships ensuring appropriate contracts are negotiated /adhered to with appropriate monitoring and meetings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including senior levels to ensure delivery of project and change initiatives
• Provide engaging and effective leadership to the team and driving cultural improvement across the function to ensure alignment to strategy and high engagement of team
• Promote excellence through the attraction, continual development and retention of high quality workforce

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior operations or internal/external consulting role, experience with the APAC market would be an absolute advantage
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage and deliver on a portfolio of projects in a complex environment
• Broad experience of evaluating complex structures and performing in-depth analysis to achieve market leading results
• Strong leadership skills and senior stakeholder management capability
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, organisational change structures and change management approaches
• Financial management relating to large projects – planning, budgeting, forecasting, tracking benefits
• Highly effective in planning and forecasting
