To cope with our business growth, we are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join us as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking Department.

Job Responsibilities

• Originate new client relationships and executing new transactions
• Manage existing client portfolios and execute transactions to meet business targets
• Achieve the overall financial and business targets set by the Head and contribute to the team performance
• Perform comprehensive review and assessment of risks, prepare and recommend credit packages for relationships managed according to internal policies and procedures
• Carrying out client on-boarding process and handle periodic KYC review of existing clients according to the latest compliance and regulatory requirement
• Act as the Designated Compliance and Operational Risk Officer of the department to ensure business is consistent with the regulatory and compliance requirements and conducted within ethical standards of the Group
• Cross-sell banking products

Job Requirements

• University degree in Business Management / Banking / Finance or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
• FRM, CFA and/or CPA would be an advantage
• 10 years or above working experience in corporate lending segment
• Sound knowledge of loan, deposits and treasury products
• Strong cashflow projections and analysis
• Ability to analyse financial statements
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and develop a team of relationship managers
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required and fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong business development skills
• Sound credit analysis and report writing skills
• Team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Relationship Manager
