• Bachelor’s Degree with professional qualifications in education
• At least 3 years of experience in a bilingual working environment is advantageous
• Proficient in Chinese; Putonghua proficiency test at least level 2A
• IB knowledge/experience is highly desirable
• Strong IT and curriculum development skills will be regarded favorably
