Description
- Ensure all partners recognise the brand in their product portfolio and promote licenses and maintenance.
- Secure buy-in and commitment from all levels within the partner organisation.
- Develop, establish, and execute quarterly and annual business plans in collaboration with partners.
- Foster relationships with partners to involve cross function departments in achieving the outlined objectives.
- Create and implement new or existing programs for partners to generate new opportunities.
- Strengthen partner program criteria and encourage all partners to achieve and exceed the required skill levels.
Profile
- At least 10 years of demonstrated success in managing complex, revenue-generating relationships, particularly in the SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of the transition to SaaS and its implications for channel management.
- Confident and articulate in speaking at all levels of an organisation.
- Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office applications, and any necessary bespoke corporate applications.
- Flexible, creative, and capable of quickly adjusting to a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Business-oriented and collaborative, with a strong team spirit.
