Specification:

• Taking initiative by Team Lead to support customer projects and system fulfilment.
• Participate in project and on-site/remote implementation in the client’s environment.
• Coordinate and perform work on client’s project according to requirements.
• Troubleshooting, general break and fix, Move-Add-Change of client consoles and Servers, system peripherals and Networking equipment.

Who are we looking for?

Tech:

• VTC / F.5 / Certification or equivalent, 2 years of real-life experience in the Technology sector.
• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Windows or Linux or Pi O/S is essential. While having networking and security device such as firewalls, endpoints, and WAF foundational concepts.

Person:

• Mature and Responsible individual, eager to absorb ever-evolving technology.
• Presentable with effective communication, good at customer handling.
• Individuals who can work autonomously, independent to hierarchy, strong team-supporting mentality.
• Competent in Cantonese and English, both verbally and in composition. Mandarin and other language is a bonus.
