Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2 years experiences in Customer Service would be preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Well organized, self-initiative and a good team-player
• Proficient in PC skills, especially in Chinese WP & Excel
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Officer
