Requirements

• Form 5 graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role gained in a sizable hotel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Familiar with food hygiene system such as HACCP.
