Company Overview
The Campaign Manager’s goal is to ensure smooth delivery of seasonal and promotional campaigns, while exploring potential partnership opportunities. He/she will work across full marketing department to bring campaigns to life at its top quality. He/she will be an expert in his/her own assigned merchant categories.
The Job
- Plan and implement promotional and seasonal marketing campaign programme.
- Identify promotional campaigns and retrieve required information for execution of promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure the right clearances are in place for our communications.
- Collaborate across the marketing department to execute campaign at top quality.
- Measure and track performance of the promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to streamline process between the two departments.
- Identify opportunities to drive demand with products/merchants the platform offers, and work with merchandising team on implementation.
- Be an expert in the assigned merchant categories, by monitoring trends and conversations within the categories, with an aim to identify new opportunities in content, campaigns or even merchant identification.
- Brainstorm, execute and track offline activations to drive consumer demand and acquisition of our platform, with the support of Communications and Creative team. This can include offline direct mailing, on-ground / guerilla activations and being part of on-ground consumer events.
The Person
- Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, other related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 - 4 years working experience in campaign management.
- Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Strong analytical background and attention to detail with ability to use data to measure performance and determine improvements
- Experience driving multi-faceted campaigns across touchpoints
- Experienced project management skills, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
- Ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics
- Passionate about eCommerce and digital marketing
- A good team player with sound analytical and problem solving skills, willing to take challenges.
