PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION

• To manage the product categories and deliver the in-season business to achieve retail and eCom business objectives and target
   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the buy strategy for own retail and eCom inline business.
• Execute product and assortment strategy to achieve company target of the designated channels / categories.
• Plan and implement inventory control management, and apply effective strategies to ensure optimal stock control in stores, including stock monthly allocation and consolidation among stores, plan for markdowns and clearance.
• Monitor shop and sell-through performance and derive strategies and actions to meet market needs.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for merchandise distribution.
• Analyze routine sales and stock data and maintain detailed and accurate reports.
• Involve in shop opening and upgrading project.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, VM, Product, Marketing and Logistic team.

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of experience in retail merchandising field
• Bachelor’s degree
