- Factories : Shenzhen & Indonesia
- We are looking for BUSINESS MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide professional service to one key customer primarily for China market
- Act as the key contact person for this assigned key customer
- Handle key customer's order, from concept and product development to mass production and delivery.
- Work independently in the initial stage, taking full ownership of business functions.
- Initially work independently; later stage will develop and lead a small business team
- Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, production and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Degree holder
- Studies in Engineering / Manufacturing / Business related is a plus
- Proven experience as a business manager, project manager or in a similar role within the toy manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of the toy market
- Ability to build & enhance relationship with customers
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong project management skills to handle orders from concept to delivery.
- Occassional trips for factory visits may required
- 5.5 days work
- Work based in Shenzhen factory
