Our client is seeking a skilled Business Risk Manager to join our Private Banking Segment team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing business risks, reviewing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with HKMA regulations, as well as identifying and mitigating potential risks to protect our clients and the bank's interests.

Description

• Review and analyze existing policies and procedures related to the private banking segment.
• Stay updated on HKMA regulations and ensure compliance within the private banking operations.
• Identify potential risks within the business and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to implement risk management solutions and improve processes.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to management for decision-making purposes

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business risk analysis within the banking sector, preferably in private banking.
• Strong understanding of HKMA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to identify and assess risks accurately and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
