Responsibilities:

• In charge of international sales and marketing activities, related departments and personnel involved in international sales and business development (BD) for the Group.
• Provides leadership and management to the day-to-day operations of BD, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals.
• Establishes performance goals for all BD’s team members, and monitors performance on a continual basis.
• Directs and motivates the whole team to achieve objectives established in the Group’s strategic plan.
• Coordinates international sales operations with all other departments, divisions and branch offices of the Group, and ensures they work smoothly and effectively.
• Seeks and targets overseas customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plans to approach and secure new business for the Group.
• Seeks, develops and maintains cooperation relationship with sales agents for business development and sales achievement.
• Achieves international sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a business related field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a merchandising/ business development/ sales management capacity in consumer goods industry, preferably in a third party laboratory testing, inspection and certification environment.
• Must have good understanding of major overseas retailers, importers, and mass marketers.
• Knowledge of quality management, conformity assessment, product certification is highly desirable.
• Strong motivation, innovative, and good interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
