The Job:

• Design and produce reports for performance tracking;
• Analyze business opportunities and forecast future performance;
• Provide accurate, relevant and user friendly business information for effective decision making;
• Work across various functions to maintain and develop business intelligence systems and tools;
• Provide analysis and Business Intelligence tool training for key users.

The Person:

• Possess strong analytical skills;
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and meet aggressive deadlines;
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills;
• Result-oriented with the ability to deliver results;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;
• Understand general accounting principles and guidelines and business information and how to present it effectively to end users;
• In-depth knowledge of the IKEA Concept, including the IKEA vision, business idea, cultures and values;
• Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal
